Kunsthall Oslo is pleased to present the performance Laksespelet [The Salmon Play] – The Tragedy of the Commons, written and performed by Trine Falch, Mona Solhaug and Bo Krister Wallström.

Laksespelet is a grotesque tragedy that begins with a true story and ends in an apocalyptic bloodbath. Along the way it satirises the art world, and questions both the methods of the salmon industry and the role of the state in facilitating this hugely lucrative business.

Trine Falch and Bo Krister Wallström are former members of the performance group Baktruppen. Together with Mona Solhaug they recently produced the performance Problemet vender tilbake which was shown in Berlin and at the Furuset Centre in Oslo.
