- August 13–14: Art criticism with Abirami Logendran

- August 14–15: Art direction & photography with Sara Abraham
Everyone growing up today is surrounded by images, and on social media, everyone is a creator. Yet, young people often don’t feel that the art in galleries and museums is meant for them. In order to develop, the art world is completely dependent on more diverse recruitment. This is the background for Kunsthall Oslo’s commitment to long-term work with local youth through the project Oslo Art and Knowledge Workshop.
While there are great low-barrier offerings for youth in music, dance, and theater, we see a need for opportunities where young people can create and explore visual art on their own terms. Oslo Art and Knowledge Workshop is a collaboration with Agenda X, supported by Kulturrådet (Arts Council Norway), Sparebankstiftelsen, Bergesenstiftelsen, and Fritt Ord.
